Dawn has over 30 years of experience in the cleaning business. It wasn’t always the plan, at a young age Dawn desired to be a nurse but having completed her work experience at a diagnostic centre, she was inspired by her mentor, Alma. Alma’s worth ethic and knowledge motivated Dawn to change course. Now she is ready to pass that knowledge on to other passionate cleaners and build her own team.  

Dawn’s professional accomplishment is quite simple, she finds joy in helping people and building good relationships. Her specialty focuses on relationship building through regular cleans as well as a ‘one-off clean’, such as bereavement in the family and being left with a home to sort. In her own experience, Dawn was given a week to sort out her mother’s home. This is often the case and Dawn has the sensitivity to know these types of jobs are more than just ‘cleaning’.

These jobs often require a window cleaner, a carpet cleaner, a gardener, as well as home organisation and cleaning. This is where Dawn’s expertise takes flight, saving you time, and hassle.

“Time, time is the most valuable asset to people. Most people hire a cleaner because they don’t have time to clean themselves, have too much to do in a short amount of time, or simply just hate it altogether. The Corby Cleaning team cannot only clean in an effective time scale we can also collaborate with other services making the process, such as a house move or new tenants as stress-free as possible. Oh and I really enjoy a ‘gut clean”- Dawn Cooper

Having worked for various organisations, Dawn knew that NOW was the time to start her own cleaning company. It is important to her to ensure Corby Cleaning cares for her clients and staff alike so everyone can be happy and proud of what they have achieved. Cleaning is very personal and her relationships with her clients are of the utmost importance.

It isn’t all work for Dawn, she would like to travel to Eqypt and enjoys an Alan Davis film. Her proudest achievement though, is her three boys, whom she raised solo and who share her ethics and are incredibly hardworking.  Her favourite colour is purple which, you may notice, features in the Corby Cleaning Company logo.
